Build the habit.
Keep it to yourself.
A native iPhone habit tracker with streaks, reminders, widgets and Siri — where your habits live on your device, not on somebody's server.
Requires iPhone with iOS 26 or later.
Everything a habit needs, nothing it doesn't
Built for the part that actually matters — showing up today, and being able to see that you did.
Today, at a glance
One screen with what's due, a progress ring that counts part-finished days for the part you did, and an undo banner for the tap you didn't mean.
Streaks that are fair
An unfinished today never breaks a streak — the day isn't over yet. Schedules are per-weekday, so a Mon/Wed/Fri habit isn't punished for Tuesday.
Reminders and an evening summary
Per-habit reminders on the days a habit is actually due, plus one opt-in evening nudge naming what's still open. It stays quiet on the days you finish everything.
Widgets and Lock Screen
Log a habit straight from the Home Screen widget, or keep today's progress on your Lock Screen. Both read the same data the app does, offline.
Siri and Shortcuts
“Log Meditate in Just Do It.” “What's left in Just Do It?” Habits are addressable by name, so shortcuts keep working as you rename them.
Insights
Weekly momentum, trend analysis, your strongest weekdays, an activity heatmap and a per-habit ranking — all built from history already on your phone.
Group habits
Run a habit with friends. Invite by link, see everyone's streak and today's progress, and send a quick encouragement. Only the group habit is shared — nothing else.
Shareable progress
Turn a habit's month into a card worth sending. The link inside it opens a pre-filled new-habit form for whoever you sent it to.
Made for iOS 26
A dark, Liquid Glass interface built in SwiftUI — not a web view in a wrapper.
Your personal habits never leave the device
Habits, notes, reminder times and your whole log history are stored on your iPhone. There is no account to create and no server holding your history. Two things are deliberate, opt-in exceptions: a group habit you created or joined syncs its name, its schedule and your daily tick counts through your own iCloud account to the people in that group, and the app counts anonymous launches and feature usage with no habit names, notes or dates attached. Both are spelled out in the privacy policy.
