It helps to include your iOS version, the app version (Settings → Version), and what you were doing when it went wrong.

Reporting a group or a member

Group habits let people choose a group name and a display name, so they can carry text somebody else wrote. If you see something objectionable:

Reports are reviewed within 24 hours, and groups or accounts that break these rules are removed. Blocking takes effect on your device right away and does not wait on a review.

Common questions

I bought Pro and it's gone after reinstalling

Open Settings → Just Do It Pro → Restore purchase. Pro is a one-time, non-consumable purchase tied to your Apple Account, so restoring is free and works on every device you sign in with. Make sure you're signed into the same Apple Account you bought it with.

What exactly does Pro unlock?

Three things: unlimited habits (the free app keeps 3), the full Insights tab, and group habits — creating them and joining someone else's. It's one purchase with no renewal, and it supports Family Sharing.

I hit the 3-habit limit

The free app keeps up to 3 habits. Nothing is ever deleted for being over a limit — you keep everything you've made, you just can't add an eleventh without Pro. Deleting a habit frees a slot, and editing existing habits is never restricted.

An invite link opened Safari instead of the app

Links tapped inside Instagram, Messenger or Viber open in that app's own browser, which can't hand the invite to Just Do It. Copy the link from the message, then open Settings → Join a group with a link in the app and paste it there. Same result.

Group habits aren't syncing

Groups sync through your own iCloud account, so the device needs to be signed into iCloud with iCloud Drive on and have a network connection. Progress from other members arrives when the app is opened or woken, so a member who has been offline for a while can read as behind until their device catches up. Personal habits never depend on any of this and keep working offline.

My reminders aren't arriving

Check iOS Settings → Notifications → Just Do It is allowed, then Settings → Notifications in the app, which shows the system permission status alongside each feature's switch. Reminders only fire on the weekdays a habit is actually due, and today's reminder is cancelled once you've finished that habit.

Does the evening summary notify me every day?

Only when something is still open. It stays quiet on days you finish everything, and it's off until you turn it on in Settings → Notifications, where you also pick the time.

How do I delete my data?

Personal habits are stored on your device, so deleting a habit in the app removes it and its history, and deleting the app removes the rest — subject to your device backups. If you're in groups, leave them first: leaving removes your member record and your shared progress from that group's iCloud data, while keeping your own habit and everything you logged. To ask about anything held by the developer, such as a safety report, email the address above.

Can I use the app without iCloud or an account?

Yes. There is no account to create, and everything except group habits works with no network at all. iCloud is only needed for groups, which are entirely opt-in.

Which devices are supported?

iPhone running iOS 26 or later. The app is portrait-only and dark-only by design, and ships Home Screen widgets, Lock Screen widgets and Siri shortcuts.

Feature requests and bugs

Both go to the same address. Concrete beats general — “the streak reset after I logged twice on Sunday” is something that can be fixed; “streaks are broken” takes a few more emails to get to the same place.
